At Incredible Organics, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We take every measure to ensure that our spice and agro-based products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, our Return Policy outlines the process to address such issues fairly and transparently.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food, spice, and agro-based products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product is defective or contaminated

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

  • The package is tampered with or opened at the time of delivery

Returns are not accepted for reasons related to taste preference, change of mind, or improper storage after delivery.


2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for consideration.

To initiate a return request, please contact us with:

  • Order/invoice details

  • Clear images or videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem


3. Inspection & Approval

All return requests are subject to verification by the Incredible Organics quality team. Once the issue is reviewed:

  • Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or refund

  • Rejected cases will be communicated with a valid reason

Incredible Organics reserves the final right to approve or deny any return request.


4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be initiated only after the returned product is inspected or verified

  • The replacement product will be dispatched subject to stock availability

  • Delivery timelines for replacements may vary based on location


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer

  • Items purchased under special offers, discounts, or clearance sales (unless damaged or incorrect)


7. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
